50% Cashback Promotion Terms

DeployU ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Lightbooks Technologies Private Limited, is offering a limited-time 50% Cashback Promotion (the "Promotion") to eligible participants. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms and Conditions ("Promotion Terms"), our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Promotion Overview
The 50% Cashback Promotion allows eligible participants to receive a 50% refund of their subscription purchase price after completing all required engagement tasks and submitting valid proof of completion.
Promotion Value: 50% of the original purchase price (excluding taxes and fees) will be refunded via the original payment method or as account credit, at DeployU's discretion.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for this Promotion, participants must:
- Be a new or existing DeployU subscriber with an active paid subscription
- Have purchased a subscription plan (Monthly or Annual) at full price
- Complete ALL required engagement tasks as outlined in Section 3
- Submit valid proof of completion within 30 days of purchase
- Not have previously claimed this Promotion
- Maintain an active subscription for at least 30 days after claiming
Exclusions: This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, coupon codes, or promotional pricing. Users who purchased with a discount code are not eligible.
3. Required Engagement Tasks
To qualify for the 50% cashback, participants must complete ALL of the following tasks:
3.1 Social Media Follows (Required)
Follow DeployU on all of the following platforms:

- X (Twitter): x.com/deployuai
- Instagram: instagram.com/deployu1
3.2 GitHub Repository Star (Required)
Star our official GitHub organization repositories:
3.3 Public Review (Required - Subject to Approval)
Write and publish a genuine review about your DeployU experience on BOTH of the following platforms:
- LinkedIn: A public post or article on your LinkedIn profile
- X (Twitter): A public tweet or thread on your X/Twitter account
Review Requirements:
- Must be an original, genuine review based on your actual experience with DeployU
- Must be publicly visible (not private or restricted)
- Must mention or tag DeployU (@deployuai on X, DeployU on LinkedIn)
- Must include at least 50 words describing your learning experience
- Must remain published for a minimum of 90 days
- Subject to DeployU approval - we reserve the right to reject reviews that are spam, fake, plagiarized, or do not reflect genuine user experience
4. How to Claim Your Cashback
After completing all required tasks:
- Compile Proof: Take screenshots showing:
- Your follows on LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Instagram
- Your GitHub star on our repository
- Your published reviews on LinkedIn and X/Twitter (including URLs)
- Send Email: Email your proof to support@deployu.ai with:
- Subject line: "50% Cashback Claim - [Your Email]"
- Your DeployU account email
- All screenshot proofs as attachments
- Direct URLs to your LinkedIn and X/Twitter reviews
- Verification: Our team will verify all tasks within 7-10 business days
- Receive Cashback: Upon successful verification, your 50% cashback will be processed within 14 business days
5. Review Approval Process
All reviews submitted as part of this Promotion are subject to DeployU's approval. We reserve the right to reject reviews that:
- Contain false, misleading, or fabricated information
- Are plagiarized or copied from other sources
- Do not reflect genuine user experience with DeployU
- Are spam, promotional, or contain inappropriate content
- Are posted from fake, bot, or inactive accounts
- Do not meet the minimum word count or visibility requirements
If your review is rejected, you will be notified via email with the reason. You may submit a revised review for reconsideration.
6. Cashback Payment
- Cashback will be issued as a refund to your original payment method when possible
- Alternatively, cashback may be issued as DeployU account credit at our discretion
- International payments may be subject to currency conversion and bank fees
- Processing time: 14 business days after successful verification
7. Promotion Period
This Promotion is valid for purchases made starting December 1st, 2025. DeployU reserves the right to:
- End this Promotion at any time without prior notice
- Modify these terms at any time
- Limit the number of participants
8. Restrictions and Limitations
- One claim per user: Each user may claim this Promotion only once
- Non-transferable: This Promotion cannot be transferred to another person or account
- No cash alternative: The cashback must be claimed as described; no alternative compensation is available
- Active subscription required: You must maintain an active subscription for at least 30 days after claiming
- Reviews must stay published: Removing your reviews within 90 days may result in reversal of the cashback
9. Fraud Prevention
DeployU reserves the right to:
- Investigate any suspected fraudulent activity
- Reject claims that appear to violate these terms
- Recover cashback amounts issued based on fraudulent claims
- Terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity
- Take legal action against fraudulent participants
Fraudulent activity includes but is not limited to: creating fake social media accounts, using bots, submitting false proof, or any attempt to manipulate the Promotion.
10. Disclaimer
THIS PROMOTION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. DEPLOYU MAKES NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY, TIMING, OR AMOUNT OF CASHBACK. BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE THAT DEPLOYU AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION.
11. Governing Law
These Promotion Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
